I really like a certain design, but can you change the colors to match my party theme?

Most likely, yes! Use the Contact Us link to send us a Product Question, and include the name of the product you like, as well as the changes you want. Weíll get back to you ASAP to let you know if it can be done and if there will be a small change fee. (Sometimes itís such an easy switch that there will be no cost to you at all!)

I really like a certain piece of giftware, but donít see the design I want. Can you make it?

Again, most likely, yes! Use the Contact Us link to send us a Product Question, and include the name of the product you like, as well as the design you are looking for. (For example, maybe you want a tray with a college logo that we donít have on our site, or a certain kind of Christmas design for an ornament.) If itís a design that we feel we can sell again, there will be no charge to you; thanks for suggesting a new product to add to our line! If itís a design that is too specific for us to offer on our site, there may be a design fee that weíll discuss with you before entering your order.

When will I receive my order?

Every item we sell is created by hand specifically for you. No two are the same. Unfortunately, we do not have a warehouse of items ready to ship out as soon as we receive an order. Our usual processing time is 10-14 days, but this could vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, our current order load, and the season. (Our busiest time of the year is late October through Christmas. During this time, processing estimates increase to as much as 14-21 days.)

If your item is ready earlier than the above estimates, rest assured that we will ship it as soon as it is finished! 

We know that we cannot compete with the production speed of the big corporate sites out there, but we hope you find that our personal touch and unique handmade products are worth the little extra wait!

Do you offer rush processing?

If you are concerned about timing, please email us through the Contact Us page BEFORE placing your order to find out our current turnaround time. In your message, include which item(s) you are planning to order, quantity, and when you need them. Rush processing may be available for an additional fee, depending on circumstances. We will reply ASAP and let you know our current schedule and make every effort to accommodate your needs.

How long does it take to receive my order once it ships?

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Once an order is turned over to the shipping carrier that you choose, you will be sent a tracking number and the package is considered out of our control. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Peanut & Piglette or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit once they leave our facility.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer 4 choices for shipping so that you can select the one that works best for your needs. We ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS 2nd Day Air to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Currently we are unable to ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

If I live in Greensboro, can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?

Absolutely! Just select Local Pickup as your shipping option when you place your order. When your order is ready, we will email and/or call you to arrange pickup. (Make sure to provide the best email address and phone number during checkout.) Please note that selecting this option does not speed up the production time for your order. It only eliminates having to wait for delivery.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you would like to request a change to an order that you have already placed, please Contact Us immediately. Once an item has gone into production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it. If production has not begun, we will work with you to amend your order.

Can you ship my order directly to a gift recipient?

Yes! Just enter the gift recipientís name and shipping details in the Shipping Information section of the checkout screen. If you would like to include a message with your gift, enter it in the Comments box at the bottom of the checkout screen. We will not include a receipt inside the package.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipping to locations in North Carolina.

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refund payment for errors made by the customer. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, Contact Us immediately and we will promptly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.

If the customized portion of a product exactly matches the content of the proof that has been approved by the customer (via email), then no refunds will be issued. We will gladly work with you to try to rush a replacement order if possible, but purchase cost and shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

What is your privacy policy?

The information received by Peanut & Piglette will be kept confidential. Your information will NEVER be given or sold to a third party. (And we wonít send you emails if you donít sign up for our mailing list. Thatís a personal pet peeve of oursóbeing placed on a mailing list when you order from a company but clearly check the ďdo NOT add me to your mailing listĒ box. We respect your efforts to control the clutter in your inbox if you donít want to hear from us. But, of course we hope that you do want to hear from us!)
